Kadarrious leveraged his bachelor's in psychology degree from Eastern Illinois University (2019) to become a crisis intervention specialist, working alongside law enforcement to respond to a variety of mental health dispatches. Drawing on 12 years of experience working with individuals with dementia and developmental disabilities, he provided therapeutic support to adults, teens, and children in crisis. He built trust and de-escalated situations, all while employing a person-centered approach focused on empowering growth and resilience. Kadarrious holds a master's degree in psychology with a life coaching emphasis from Grand Canyon University (2023), several professional certifications, and is currently working towards counseling licensure. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, gaming, travel, and quiet moments of reflection and relaxation.
